( a standardisation corporate color)I always disbelieve in One Design for All farms. Every building or shop has it uniqueness.
If One Design for All farms works then a role of shop lot that has 10 farms would have shared the same successful result. This is always not the case. Perhaps 1 or 2 shops (farms) may have good results the rest were not so.
There are many doing the One Design For All farms (standardisation) . Reason being convenient, hassle free, workers know the works well, easy to plan material cost & budget ,easy to work,etc. All these are the results of economical, to save cost.
If you are building a farm that will generate income in future that will take care of your family, children's education, retirement, etc. Do the above make sense?
Definitely not unless you already have plenty of $ in your bank account. I guess even if you have plenty $ this is not the way to do it. If you have a failed farm you would ended up stressful. What is the point having $ and worrying about your farm everyday.
Be smart when choosing someone to build your farm. Well known and famous are secondary. Most important is his knowledge.
