Big Bazooka To Attract Swiftlets

By any sizes this is the largest Bazooka I had ever seen. It is almost half the length of the roving.
Does size matters? Well it is questionable. If the sound that comes out from the Bazooka is not attractive then no matter how big the Bazooka is, it is useless.

Quality sound is much important, that means we need good sound in our Swiftlet farm not loudness.

I saw this while on my way to Kuala Selangor. This is definitely a DIY Bazooka. You can not get this size in the market. I wonder who would buy it if it is available it the market.

Quality versus Loudness, quality wins.

They should have installed the Bazooka nearer to the entrance hole. It seems that the Bazooka is located at the back of the Dog Kennel. It would attract more birds to play at the back of the Dog Kennel instead at the Entrance hole. I wouldn’t do this if I am the owner.

We want the birds to play around the entrance hole subsequently diving into the farm not at the back of the entrance hole.

By observing the position of the Bazooka it show that this Swiftlet farm wants to attract birds from the side. That is the mangrove area where birds congregate and play. The positioning is right but the Bazooka should be placed nearer to the entrance hole.

Good Swiftlet farming All.
