GOOD and RELIABLE NEST PROCESSING CENTER

Last week I took some Birds Nests harvested from my Swiftlet farms to a friend's processing center to clean. The cleaned Nests came out fantastically white and uniform in shape. He really has good skills in nest cleaning. No wonder he could "cari makan". It is 100% no bleaching and no chemical used to clean these nests. 

I am very particular about the way people clean raw nests. By the smell and the texture of the processed nests I know whether it has used bleaching agent or not.

Nest processing centers are mushrooming everywhere now. Only a handful is reliable, have good workmanship and honest.

When I say honest....it means how many actually honest about the wastage of nests lost during the process of cleaning?

( The raw nests are processed according to the customer's requirements. Some customers prefer the textures or the surfaces of the nests to have grids or lines where it resembles more of a natural nest. While others prefer it to be closely sealed where grids and lines cannot be seen).

( Well, it all depends on how customers wanted it. I always believe customers always come first).
