Successful Swiftlet Farm 100% Using Love Potion

This is one of the many successful Swiftlet farms in Setiawan that I had visited a few weeks ago. Swiftlet farming in Setiawan dated back to the late 70’s. Setiawan is the pioneer town of Swiftlet farming in Malaysia. This is the place where Swiftlet farming begins. The KFC Setiawan , yes I am talking about the Kentucky Fried Chicken by Colonel Sander. Everyone knows that the best and successful Swiftlet farms here are located around and near the KFC of Setiawan.

We call it the thousand nests club, which means the successful Swiftlet farms here have more than few thousand nests. This area is unique, Swiftlet farming further down the road few kilometers away are not so lucky. Their numbers of nests could hardly come close to a figure of hundred.

Some of them said, “Probably the Swiftlets here love the smell of KFC”. The owner of this successful Swiftlet farm also said the same as we were having our drinks at the KFC Setiawan after visiting his Swiftlet farm which is just few walking steps away.

The owner Mr.Ding who is a good friend of mine showed us his Swiftlet farms while I was in Setiawan few weeks ago. This meeting is long overdue. My sincere apology to my dear good friend “MR. Ding”.  This time I had promised to buy him lunch, somehow I was never given a chance to pay the bill as the cashier reluctant to accept my money. This is the Mr.D that I had mentioned in my previous article. He was the person that discovered the technique of pouring Love Potion into Humidifier.

I was there to pass him some Love Potions while on the way back from Taiping. Mr.Ding had been using Love Potion since 2008. I had passed a few drippers to him, he loves it. He was the person behind the idea of letting Love Potion dripping in Swiftlet farm.

 He once told a well known blogger friend of ours, “Don’t waste your time and money on other Aromas. Just use Love Potion you will see the different”. I didn’t say that. He is the one who made this statement.

He acquires existing Swiftlet farms and turns them around. His record was from few hundred nests to few thousand within years. This is what he does with Love Potion, he uses it to boost up nests growth.

The Swiftlet farm we had visited is unique. Large numbers of birds inside are young Swiftlets. These are the birds that we are interested in, that will be the foundation of our Swiftlet farms. They will live and stay and produce offsprings. The reason many Swiftlet farms stagnated and unable to break a certain number of nests because they are unable to retain and attract young Swiftlets. This is a dangerous scenario. Once the older Swiftlets die the Swiftlet population will decline. For example: some Swiftlet farms reached 500 nests and ceased to increase, some even experienced decline and remained there for months perhaps years. Through our experiment and observation, we believe more than 50% of young Swiftlets never returned to their birthplace to build nests.

But Mr. Ding Swiftlet farms are different. The birds’ population and nests keep increasing. Many said the nest size now in places such as Setiwan is getting smaller and the number of nests is declining. But that is not the case for Mr. Ding’s Swiftlet farms. After many years of observation one thing that differentiate Mr.Ding’s Swiflet farms from others is, his Swiftlet farms have the ability to retain young Swiftlets. This can be clearly seen through the observation from the droppings at the roving area.

This is a place where young Swiftlets play and communicate with other Swiftlets. Also a place a Swiftlet farm attracts other young birds from neighboring farms to come and stay. Look at the picture, the droppings at the roving, it is pure white droppings only. This is amazing, it makes this swiftlet farm standout. There are so many young birds at the roving. It is rare to see so much of white dropping at the roving but Mr. Ding Swiftlet farm proved to us what Love potion could do. Unbelievable! If a Swiftlet farm is unable to retain its young Swiftlets the nests growth will be stagnated. Example: If a swiftlet farm has 10 nests at the early of the year by the end of the year it should have at least 20-30 (or more) nests. If it remains 10 nests throughout the whole years it means stagnation and something has to be done.

Many readers called me and demand to know whether other brands of Aroma in the market that contain the word “Potion” is from The Original Love Potion by James of  www.swiftletfarmer.blogspot.com (Me). They want my clarification as they afraid they might have been convinced to buy the wrong Aroma. They wanted Love Potion not other brands of Aroma.

To clarify this:

The Brand "LOVE POTION" (  green color content) produced by Swifbuild Multiple resources is invented by me (James). Other Aromas…I repeat again.. Other Aromas that also carry the word “Potion” has got Nothing to do with me.

This is not new it had happened many times before when Love potion was invented by me in 2008. I believe it will be an ongoing issue as many wanted to cash in on the success of  Love Potion. Who doesn’t want to follow Love Potion foot Step? This normal in the business and  marketing world. I do understand this.

NOTICE:

To all readers and  Love Potion regular users, there is only one Love Potion in the Market. Any other  aromas carrying the  word “Potion” is not related in any way or associated with the original green colored Love Potion. 很多年前，我曾用汽車的播放機來播放燕聲在燕屋農場裏。這是因為車的播放機是比較持久和比CD或DVD更加可靠得多。我指的那些是90年代初。

那個時候，有SD卡和USB的放大器在市場還沒有。我還記得當時我們使用CD或DVD來播放，一些仍在使用卡帶播放機特別是在印尼。

但CD播放機有它的優勢，它播出一流品質的聲音，我相信很多人會同意我的講法。唯一的挫折是（差勁的可靠性）差勁的耐久性。在沒有了其他選擇後，我們轉向車的播放機。我還記得，我用了Pioneer的汽車播放機和偶爾會換到Kenwood。這些都是我最喜愛的品牌。從這些汽車播放機發出來的燕聲是那麽的水晶般清澈，明銳和酥。沒有其他品牌的套音響能比得來，還有它合理和可負擔得起的價格。它們的頻率回應範圍是適合燕聲的。

汽車的播放機是為苛刻的條件下而設計的。汽車在陽光下的猛曬、 汽車音響設備播放的製造商預料到這種狀況，因此，汽車播放機裡面的電機是與不同的重型類型，與CD和DVD的馬達只是適合在室溫下操作。汽車的播放機與CD和DVD相比有更長的壽命。大多數汽車播放機有自動播放、 自動啟動和自動重複。不是所有的CD或DVD具有這些功能。

之後，出現了有SD和USB的放大器。這新一代的放大器有SD和USB更改了燕屋農場的音響的系統。最初很多人利用那些有SD和USB的卡拉Ok音響。這些卡拉Ok影響是得別為唱歌（樂聲）而設計的和一些聲音（樂器聲）使用。它們不是為燕聲而設計的。由這些卡拉Ok音響播出的頻率並不適合燕聲。我相信不是很多人知道這一點。

從這麼多類型的卡拉Ok音響裏我們選擇了那些具有適合燕聲頻率回應。那就是以前的日子，我必須絞盡腦汁來一個一個的測試，直到我找到一個可以生產最佳燕聲品質的產品。

告訴放大器的供應商這是我們想要的東西，然後他們生産那些專門用來播放和調諧燕聲的放大器。

很明顯，現在我們不再使用汽車的播放機或CD或DVD播放機，因爲有很多播放燕聲的放大器在市場上。目前，放大器內置有風扇可以長時間使用。它含有一個更大的電容器，可以支援大量的高音喇叭。甚至有些內部置有計時器。一些還可以設置為在任何一個時間播放多個聲音。有些甚至產生象汽車播放機一樣聲音的品質。有一些設有AC/DC來為一些使用太陽能發電的燕屋農場準備好電源入口。

但是要選擇一個合適是不容易的。為了選擇正確的放大器，其中一個需要有一些基本知識關於燕聲和燕子唧唧的頻率範圍。

CAR STEREO CD PLAYER & MODERN SWIFTLET FARM AMPLIFIER

Many years ago I had used Car Stereo Players to play Swiftlet sounds in Swiftlet farms. This is because  Car Stereo Player is durable and much more reliable than a CD or DVD player. I am referring to those days of the early 90s.

At that time,  Amplifiers with SD card and USB Ports were not available in the market. I still remember while we were using the CD & DVD  players some were still using cassette players particularly  in Indonesia.

As we know the Internal sound runs 24/7 non-stop, often the CD player overheated and caused the motor that spins the  CD jammed. The CD player is not designed to play 24/7. It was made for home entertainment purposes and any abuse of such kind could easily damage the CD player.

But CD player has its advantage,  it produces superb quality sound which I believe many would agree with me. The only setback was  (poor reliability) poor durability. With no other option, we turned to Car Stereo Player. I could still remember, I was using the Pioneer Car Stereo set and occasionally switching to Kenwood. These were my favorite brands. The Swiftlet  sounds that came out from these Car Stereo players were superb crystal clear, sharp and crisp. No other brands of Stereo set could come close at this reasonable and affordable price. Their range of frequency response is suitable for Swiftlet sounds.

The Car Stereo Player is built for harsh condition. The car under the sun is hot, manufacturers of Car Stereo player had anticipated such condition therefore the motor inside Car Stereo Player is of heavy duty type unlike the CD and DVD player motors that are made to operate at room temperature. The car stereo player has a longer life span compared to CD and DVD players. Most Car Stereo players have  auto playback, auto start  and auto repeat. Not all CD or DVD players have these features.

The Car Stereo player has a low harmonic Intermodulation distortion which is 1khz-200mV. It also has a good frequency response because it is specially made for playing sound and sound is its main priority while the CD and DVD were made for playing movies and sound is secondary.

The only setback is, all Car Stereo players run on DC (Direct Current) while CD and DVD run on AC which is most convenient to us.

In order to use the Car Stereo player we have to have an AC/DC converter. This means additional cost involved. But with its sound quality it is worth compensated for.

Then later came the Amplifiers with SD & USB ports. This new generation Amplifier with SD & USB ports changed the Sound system of Swiftlet farms. Initially  many were using those that are made for Karaoke that come with the SD & USB ports. Some of these Karaoke sets were designed for Singing (Vocal) and some for acoustic ( Instrumental) use. They weren't designed for Swiftlet sounds. The frequencies produced by some of these Karaoke sets were not suitable for Swiftlet sounds.Which I believe not many knew about this.

Out of so many types of Karaoke Amplifier sets we chose those that  have the frequency response suitable for Swiftlet sounds. Those were the days , I have to crack my head to test one by one until I found one that produces the best quality sound for Swiftlet chirping.

I told the Amplifier suppliers this what we wanted, later they came out with Amplifiers that specially made and tuned for Swiftlet sounds.

Obviously now we don’t use Car Stereo Player or CD & DVD player anymore as there are plenty of  Swiftlet Sound Amplifiers on the Market. Todays Amplifier has a built-in fan for long hour use. It has a bigger capacitor which supports the use of  large numbers of tweeters. Some even have a built-in timer. It could also set to play multiple sounds at any one time. Some even produce similar sound quality like those Car Stereo Players. There are some with ready AC/DC inlet for Swiftlet farm that uses Solar power.

But choosing the right one is not easy. In order to choose a right Amplifier, one needs to have some basic knowledge about Swiftlet sounds and Swiftlet chirping frequency range.

這是上週我從我的燕屋農場之一的收穫。它是一個2.5年的燕屋農場位於雪蘭莪州其中一個最繁忙和交通擠塞的鎮裏。

綠色箱子的重量是1.166公斤，它是一個蠻大的箱子。綠色箱子和燕窩的總重量是5.652 公斤。在扣除箱子的重量之後，燕窩的淨重量是4.486公斤。

我對這個4.486公斤在2.5年之後的結果很滿意。我要求不高，我已經很滿意了。

到處都是可以做燕屋農場，但這取決於你怎麼做。燕屋農場和其他企業是沒有什麼不同的。它需要技巧、 正確的知識、 勇氣和毅力。當我說到知識時，我的意思是真實的和真正的知識。它不只是建築或建造一個房子，並安裝木板和高音喇叭那麽簡單。我已看過並參觀過太多失敗的燕屋農場，他們很少練習和遵循養燕的基本知識。

經過這麼多年的在我的部落格上提供免費的資訊之後，人們仍然從來沒有學到。我仍然發現許多燕屋農場難以滿足屋内環境（溫度、光、等）的基本要求。

為什麼?......也許這是普通的。在經濟市場中，它始終是不管經濟學家如何更好的計畫和實施經濟政策。在某種程度上它將返回到"10%的人控制90%市場的，然後90%的人分享剩下的10%"。

我發現在養燕這個行業也是相似的。10%的燕屋農場獲取所有年輕的燕子（90%），其餘90%的燕屋農場正在分享剩下10%的燕子。年輕的燕子是燕屋農場的未來。
