今天我是在施工現場檢查一個進度很快將要完成的燕屋農場位于在水果園附近。三夾板已經被安裝好了等倒入水泥。下一步工人將綁上鉄支在頂部之後才倒入水泥。

在進入到下一階段的工程之前，他們需要我的同意。這是為了確保所有工程都根據規劃和設計。

這是進入低層的互連洞。互連洞的大小而異，就要看看燕屋農場的設計。不是所有的互連洞具有相同的大小。它必須容納環繞區和造窩區，通過反之亦然。

我叫工人，刪除那些壞損的三夾板以便水泥可以平滑和均勻。這將減少在天花板和木板之間的距離。燕子是不喜歡這些距離的。印尼工人始終是印尼工人，好彩我是在那裡檢查，否則他們將進行工程。

四年前,從Setiawan的Ding先生，一位Love Potion的忠實使用者曾問我。

"James，是否有什麽辦法可以讓Love Potion連續幾個星期在我們的燕屋農場裏一直流？你能找到什麽方式可以這樣做嗎？如果可以，那整個養燕業將徹底改變."

事實上，我早就已經考慮到這一點。每次在他噴了Love Potion之後，數以千計的燕子會包圍在狗洞然後進入他的燕屋農場。他是第一個把Love Potion倒入噴霧器的人，之後很多燕屋主以這項技術成功的提高燕子的人口和燕窩的成長。


"到底是什麽激發了這個想法？"我問，他說： 燕子太喜歡Love Potion的氣味，甚至想要通過通風孔來進入燕屋農場。我不是開玩笑的，這是來自一個成功燕屋主的嘴裡講出來的，我被他的答覆完全驚訝。

他不是這個行業中的新人。那些從Setiawan(養燕的先鋒鎮)知道我所指的是誰。目前他有使用Love Potion的燕屋農場每月都有很多公斤的收穫，而且燕窩還是高品質的。既然Love Potion已證明有能力（它強大的氣味）以吸引燕子居留並築燕窩，他想要Love Potion的氣味一直留在他的燕屋農場。

有了這個想法，我必須找一個東西可以這樣做，一個小工具或者改裝一個小工具，來可以慢慢在幾天或甚至幾個星期來釋放Love Potion的液體。

事實上，幾年前一些人試圖使用靜脈滴設置執行此操作，但它失敗。點滴的流速度太快，從靜脈滴設置的橡膠管太小，無法裝載到瓶子上。

我們想要的東西： 1） 容易和方便使用 2）可調節流量的水滴 3）連續滴至少7天以上 4） 合理的成本  5） 低或無需維護。 這些是當時我們的標準，似乎無法滿足這些要求。

我們要Love Potion緩緩流動的滴到燕屋農場的地板上。我稱之為汽化效果。當Love Potion的香氣慢慢的滴在地上它創建自然汽化，釋放到空氣的氣味。這就是燕子喜歡的和這也是它如何引誘燕子居留並築燕窩，我們認識了這點通過我們的觀察和實驗。

這麽多年已經被證明，就那麽簡單的把Love Potion噴到牆上和木板上，已經是如此強大，如果我們能讓Love Potion一周一周的滴在燕屋農場裏。我們知道這個新的方法汽化效果將提振燕子的人口和燕窩的增長甚至更高。它將使整個燕屋農場芳香起來一段很長的時間，而這將使所有的燕子瘋狂起來，因爲燕子都渴望Love Potion的氣味，然而這將使任何飛來玩的燕子居留和作燕窩、同時保留所有幼燕子。成功燕屋農場的本質就是能夠吸引來自其他人的燕屋農場的燕子和同時保留其自己的小燕子。

去年憑運氣我發現了這個獨特的自動點滴頭。這就是我們一直在尋找的東西。它符合所有的條件。我曾經試過很多的液體流量控制工具，將它們放在我的燕屋農場裏試驗，但是其他的都沒有這個功能除了這個自動點滴頭。

我知道我需要做一些實驗也許要花幾個月的時間才能讓我推薦給所有的燕屋主來使用它。經過多個月的實驗，我們發現結合的影響結果超出了我們的預料。我一直在使用它到現在超過6個月的時間，和這個自動滴頭已經被實驗過在許多燕屋農場，和它的結果是令人難以置信的，令人驚訝的瘋狂。我只有用這些字眼才可以用來描述它......

這個自動點滴頭最棒的事情是，它可以調滴流。無需維護。只需要用牙刷來清洗點滴頭每當更換新的Love Potion瓶時。少過一分鐘來做這件事。

自動點滴頭附有3個不同噴嘴率，都以不同顏色來易於識別。不需要電力，這個自動點滴頭具有最大的精度和一致性。它是抗衝擊塑膠材料並且是歐盟製造的。它將持續一生。

我建議使用灰色和紅色的滴頭，因為它是最有效力使整個燕屋農場芳香起來特別是新的燕屋農場。第一瓶Love Potion首先啟動灰色的滴頭，然後才移動到紅色的滴頭。

紅色滴頭： 12 天 （滴） *

藍色滴頭： 16 天 （滴） *

建議： 每1400方尺使用2瓶Love Potion。把瓶子放在做窩區和環繞區(把它掛在牆上。點滴頭應該離地板2-3尺的地方)。

Today I was at the construction site to check the progress of  a soon to be Swiftlet farm which located near a fruit farm. The plywoods for the concrete slab had been installed. Next the workers will be tying the steel rods on top the plywoods before pouring the concrete.

They need my green light before moving to the next stage of the works. This is to make sure all works are according to plan and design.

This is the Inter-Hole to the lower floor. The Inter-hole size varies depending on the design of the Swiftlet farm. Not all Inter-holes are of the same sizes. It has to accommodate the roving and nesting areas via versa. 

I asked the workers to remove those bad damaged plywoods so that the slap will be smooth and even. This would reduce the gaps between the ceiling and nesting planks. Birds dislike these gaps. Indonesian workers are  always Indonesian workers, luckily I was there to check otherwise they would proceed with the works.

Want to Increase Nests & Swiftlets use this Dripper.

Four years ago Mr. Ding from Setiawan, a staunch user of Love Potion had asked me.

“James, is there a way to make Love Potion flow continuously for a few weeks in our Swiftlet farms? Could you find a way to do this? If you could that would revolutionize the whole Swiftlet farming industry.”

In fact, I had thought of this for a long time. Every time after he had sprayed Love Potion thousands of birds will encircle the Dog Kennel and enter his Swiftlet farm. He was the first to have poured Love Potion into the Humidifiers and later this technique was adopted by many Swiftlet farmers to boost the bird population and nests growth with success.

“What has transpired this? I asked”, he said Birds like Love Potion smell so much to the extend they even tried to go into the Swiftlet farm thru the Ventilation holes. I am not joking, this came from the mouth of a successful Swiftlet farmer and I was totally surprised by his reply.

He is not someone new in this industry.  Those who are from Setiawan  ( a pioneer town of Swiftlet farming) knew who I am referring to. Currently his Swiftlet farms that are using Love Potion are harvesting many kg of high quality nests per month. Since Love Potion has proven its ability (its powerful scent) to attract birds to stay and to build nests he wants Love Potion smell to be present at all time in all his Swiftlet farms.

With this idea in mind, I have to find something that could do this, a gadget or to improvise a gadget that could slowly release Love Portion liquid over a period of a few days or even weeks.  

In fact many years back some had tried to use the Intravenous Dripping Set to do this but it failed. The dripping flow rate is too fast and the rubber tube from the Intravenous Dripping Set is too small to be mounted onto bottles.

We wanted something that is: 1) easy and convenient to use.2) Adjustable flow of drips. 3)  Continuous drip of more than 7 days at least. 4) Reasonable cost 5) low or no maintenance. These were the criteria, at that time  it seemed impossible to meet these requirements

At that time I couldn’t find any gadget that meets these requirements or one that could be improvised with modification therefore this idea was temporarily shelved off.  That was four years ago. But I never give up searching for it.

We want Love potion to flow slowly by dripping onto the floor of the Swiftlet farm. I call it the Vaporization effect. When Love potion Aroma drips slowly onto the floor it creates a natural vaporization which releases the scent into the air. This is what birds like and this is how it lures birds to stay and to build nests, we learned this through our observation and experiment.

It has been proven over the years by just spraying onto wall and nesting planks the effect is already so powerful, what if we could let Love Potion drip in our Swiftlet Farms for weeks. We knew this new method of Vaporization effect will boost the bird population and nest growth even higher. It will aromatize the whole Swiftlet farm for a long period and it's going to make the birds crazy as they are craving for Love Potion Smell and this would instinctively make any Swiftlet that come to play will stay and  build nests at the same time retaining all young birds. The essence of a successful Swiftlet farm is its ability to attract new birds from other people farm and retaining its own young birds

With sheer luck last year I found this unique Automatic Dripper. This is what we have been looking for all this while. It meets all the criteria. I have tried many liquid flow control gadgets available, putting them in our Swiftlet farms for experiment none of them worked  except this Automatic Dripper.

I knew I needed to do some experiments perhaps for months before I could recommend Swiftlet farmers to use it. I recommend the Gray and Red nozzles to be used, as it is most effective to aromatize the whole Swiftlet farm especially new Swiftlet farms. Start with the Gray nozzle first after the first bottle of Love Potion then move to the Red nozzle.

Recommendation:  2 bottles of Love potion per 1400 s/f. Place them at the nesting and roving areas (Hang it on the wall. The drip nozzle head should be 2-3 feet from the floor.)

Combined Effect Instruction of usage

1) Spray Love Potion onto the Walls and Planks

2) Install 2 bottles Love potion with Automatic Dripper at the Roving and Nesting Area

Use it, you will see the effect within a month's time (+/-). It is good for both new and old Swiftlet farms.

在吉蘭丹Tanah Merah由我建立的燕屋農場，表現得非常好。一個獨立式的3層樓20'x80'在2012年10月開始操作。我本身沒想到它會表現的那麽好，因為它開始運作的時候正是下雨季節的開始。在這個季節，燕子都會往內陸遷移和海岸附近的那些燕屋農場將有較少的燕子。

奇怪的是，雖然看到很少的燕子在天空中，但這個燕屋農場卻可以吸引許多燕子居住和有很多燕窩標記。燕屋主感到非常高興，並告訴我，"James我很少看到燕子在我的燕屋農場外面飛，但卻有很多燕子屎和燕窩的標誌"。

我告訴他這是一個有品質的燕屋農場。這意味著大多數來的燕子都決定了居留。鑒於現在是下雨季節，有許多燕子仍呆在他的燕屋農場，我想像不到如果雨季過完和是燕子回來的時候。

有許多燕屋農場在這裡。在這座小鎮每個人其實都認識對方。他從那些他認識的人聽到，很多在他之前開始的燕屋農場都沒有他的那麽多燕窩標記。（我想他肯定沒有讓他們知道他用了Love Potion......哈...哈...哈） 這使他非常高興。

照片是上個月拍的，只是短短幾個月的時間，整個燕屋農場已經是鋪滿燕子屎和燕窩標誌。我預料它會很容易在今年年底達到100或更多個燕窩，也許可以更多。

由一開始，這個燕屋農場已經使用雙層紅磚還有寳麗瓏在中間。熱的問題是歷史，將永遠不會出現。

所有的木板都是優質的木材，沒有氣味。燕屋農場裏的每一個部分都是很得別的，有不同大小的測量，以適應年輕的燕子和成年的燕子。

音響的安排是專門設計來吸引年輕的燕子居住，和成年的燕子做燕窩，還有我們做了很多事情，我們是無法一一解釋所有，這些都做出了很好的貢獻。

還不忘，這個燕屋農場自開始運作以來不斷的每個月都使用Love Potion。

Love Potion已排斥水泥氣味，吸引了很多燕子居留並作燕窩。燕屋主將永遠不會停止使用Love Potion。他本身目睹了它，看到這個強大的激素香氣如何幫助他的燕屋農場。

Swiftlet Farm That I Build

The Tanah Merah, Kelantan Swiftlet farm that I had built is performing remarkably well. The 3 storey 20' x 80' Stand-alone started operation in October 2012. I personally did not expect it to perform this well because it started operating at the beginning of the monsoon season. During this season Swiftlets  migrate inland and those Swiftlet farms located near the coast will have fewer Swiftlets.

Surprisingly, seeing fewer  Swiftlets in the sky yet this Swiftlet farm has managed to attract many birds to stay and there are many Nests marking. The owner was extremely happy and told me, “James I rarely see birds playing at my Swiftlet farm, but there are lots of droppings and Nest marking”.

I told him this is quality Swiftlet farming. It means most Swiftlets that came had decided to stay. Given the monsoon season now, there are still many Swiftlets stayed in his Swiftlet farm, I cannot imagine when the monsoon is over when the Swiftlets are back.

There are many Swiftlet farms here. In this small town everyone actually knows each other. He heard from those he knew, there  are many Swiftlets farms started before him but yet to have any Nest markings. ( I guess he did not let them know that he is using Love potion..ha..ha..ha) This makes him extremely happy.

The photos were taken last month, with just a couple of months the whole Swiftlet farm is covered with bird droppings and Nest marking. I had anticipated it would easily hit  more than 100 nests at year end, perhaps it could be more. 

It is not coincidence, we had taken every measure to make sure all the Swiftlet farms that we built would attract Swiftlets to stay.

To start with, this Swiftlet farm has a double layer red brick with Styrofoam between them. Heat problem is history and will never arise

The darkness is just nice with many sections in the farm with different darkness for the Swiftlets to choose where they want to nests.

All nesting planks are of good quality  wood without odor. Every section in the Swiftlet farm is unique with different sizes of measurement to suit young and adult birds.

The sound system arrangement is specially designed to attract young Swiftlet to stay, and adult birds to build nests and there many things we had done which we are unable to explain all that had contributed to this good performance.

Without forgetting, this Swiftlet farm uses Love Potion on a monthly basis without fail since started operation.

The Love Potion had repelled cement smell and had attracted many Swiftlets to stay and to build nests. The owner will never stop using Love potion. He had witnessed it himself how this powerful Hormone Aroma has helped his Swiftlet farm.

Good Swiftlet farming All.

興建燕屋農場在水果園的附近

為我的讀者建立另外一個燕屋農場，在雪蘭莪南部的地方。這個項目已被拖了很久。最後，經過漫長的等待，燕屋主決定把店轉換成燕屋農場。經過多過5年的等待......等待GP1標準，然後RFID，然後再等中國市場和管理局條例......，等等。他說它將是沒完沒了。如果他繼續等待它將再等另一個10年或更多，東西仍然沒有解決。

所以他決定打電話給我要為他建造燕屋農場。它是一個2層樓的商店。周邊地區都有很多水果園，此外，他的鄰居還做得不錯。在這裡一整排的商店，只有一個燕屋農場。我不知道為什麼沒有人建築燕屋農場在這裡。也許他們並不知道或者不感興趣。對於我來説，這是一個養燕的好地方。

天花板已被刪除，並將由水泥天花板來代替。

這座建築是蠻舊的，它的天花板的木板是由螺栓和螺母鎖上的。

燕屋主想要開屋頂的設計，但是我卻更喜歡狗窩設計。

屋頂瓦片將回用。什麼東西是浪費掉的。"回收站"。

堅硬的屋頂結構。為什麼如今的建築物都不再使用優質的木板呢？

它大約需要1個多月的時間才能完成一切。

Building Swiftlet farm Near Fruit Farm

Building another Swiftlet farm for my reader at the Southern Selangor. This project has been long overdue. Finally the owner decided to convert it into a Swiftlet farm after a long wait. After more than 5 years of waiting….waited for the GP1 guideline then The RFID, then again the China Market and the  Authority regulations…and so on .It will never end he said. If he continues to wait it would be another 10 years or more things still never settled.

So he decided to call me to build a Swiftlet farm for him. It is a 2 storey Shop lot. The surrounding area is good with many Fruit farms, furthermore his neighbor is doing quite well. There is only one Swiftlet farm at this whole roll of Shoplot here . I wonder why no one is building Swiftlet farm here. Perhaps they don’t know or they are not interested. For me this is a good place for Swiftlet farming.

The ceiling has been removed and shall be replaced by concrete ceiling.

This building is quite old the ceiling woods are held together with bolt and nut. 

The Owner wanted an Open roof design but I prefer a Dog kennel. 

The roof tiles will be used back. Nothing goes to waste. "Recycle".

               Strong roof structure .Why today's buildings are no longer using good quality woods?


It shall take about 1 month plus to complete everything.
