Received a call from a Reader from the North, he was very happy and excited. He thanked me for my effort of reviving his farm and at the same time wanted to get the Gezilion Star external sound.
He has a farm of 3 years in a perfect Prime Birds Zone. After almost 3 years there were only 5 nests in his farm. He had tried almost every resource he had yet there was no improvement. The number of nests stands at 5.
He found my blog on the web and invited me to visit his farm. It was about 7 months ago I went and revamped his farm. If I am not mistaken I did write about this on my blog. Today after the revamp with my advice on partitioning, entrance hole, sound and Love Potion, this reader is screamingly happy.
“James, 3 years, 3 years, my farm remains the same 5 nests. Now after you revamped in Jan as today there are twenty over nests in my farm. I should have engaged you to build it at the beginning. Thank you very much”
He admits that he is lack of knowledge and followed and trusted the wrong Sifu. Now he understands how important to have someone that is willing to teach and give logical advice.
He used to believe in those typical Sifus who believe that Swiftlet farming is all about luck and faith. His own farm proved him wrong.
He used to tell his friend that he has no luck in swiftlet farming. Today his thinking is changed. He knew very well about Aroma, Sound system, Insulation and so on. I think in no time he would build another farm.
I anticipated that with such good location of his farm by the end of this year his farm could hit 50-70 nests. Isn’t it weird that 3 years stagnation and many changes have been made still remain the same until I revamped his farm?
I am Happy for him.
