Wiring Problem? I thought it Was history!

(This is how we plan our Int Amp. Can you handle it?)

( A plan had been drawn, Systematically . No guessing game. Professionally done)

( Isn't it confusing? of course if you don't know what you are doing)

( all wires are tagged. This is how we do it)

One of my readers told me that he reads somewhere in the Web and discovered that many farms have problem of identifying which speaker/tweeters wire belong to which sections or floor or amps.

This makes repairing wiring or changing tweeters difficult in the even some of the connections or wire do not work properly.

He tried to advise me on this. I told him what you have discovered is not new to me. In fact we do not have this problem at all. I have been practicing wiring tagging ever since I started to build farm if I could remember. We had handled more than 40 lines (wiring) at one time (40 sections) and there seem to be no problem. Confusing of which wires go to which sections or tweeters was history long time ago.

But sad to know that this is still one of the problems exist in many farms. For many even a 2 storey farm the tweeters wiring could creates confusion.

I don’t blame him for worrying, in fact I often seen such problem, 9 out of 10 farms have such problem. It all started from the beginning, the renovation of farm.

Most couldn’t bother they just pull the wire and attached it to the tweeters with no systematic and without considering the pros and cons.

Most just want to complete the job fast and they knew that even the problems arise it would be years later so why worry now. By the time the problems arise the one who fixed the tweeters/wiring could never be contacted or found.

I believe doing the best at the beginning you will never regret. If you are not sure please ask there is nothing to be ashamed of.

Good Swiftlet farming All. The Best is To Share!
