In certain parts of Vietnam in winter the temperature drops to 10C yet the White Nests Swiftlet didn’t migrate. They had adapted to such environment of different seasons.
My readers from Vietnam called me this morning he was in Johor for some business activities and wanted to meet up with me. I told him that it’s over 200 km meter away. He thought that I live around there. He wants to meet up with me to show his appreciation. He was one of the first few who had used Love potion 2 years ago in Vietnam. He wants to thanks me for recommending Love potion to him.
I told him “come to K.L I will buy you a good dinner and teach you advise you whatever you want to know.”
His farms in the Northern of Vietnam are doing fantastically well. He uses Love Potion on a regular basis without fail. It’s common to have few hundred nests in the first year and coupled with Love potion the nests growth was crazily unbelievable.
He explained to me,
“James I can’t believe it. It is so easy and the birds just come in and stay and make nests. Your Love Potion is very good”
Best of all with dropping temperature they still continue to roam the sky and make nests.
I assumed they are of different sub-species till today there is still limited information on this. Their nests tend to be bigger, cleaner and whiter. I believe cool environment encourage the swiftlet to produce more saliva.
So farmers what do you learn from here? …….It shows temperature is very important. I have personally experienced this. Besides RH, farms that I had visited that have poor temperature control usually produce dirty, uneven shape, craking, etc nests.
This evidently showed that temperature can’t be taken likely. Yet many still argued that temperature is not that important and claiming even at 31c and above they still managed to harvest few kgs of nests. That is true I do agree perhaps if they would have rectify the temperature and reduce it I guess they would have harvested tens of kgs instead of few kgs.
So making your farm cool is dam important but many still strangling to achieve this.
Good Swiftlet farming All. The Best is To Share!
