When I undertook to build this Swiftlet farm for Mr.Z he was hoping that we would complete the building in 4-5 months. Given the current raining season which rain every day the works delay is unavoidable.

But I am chasing the dateline to make sure that it completes before the coming Chinese New Year. Mr.Z had expected that it would be a delay given the current weather situation.

To his surprise within 1 month plus the structure of the building is completed and the brick works had stated. He was surprised and told me “James we never had expected that the works progress so fast”.
