Couple of weeks ago there is one Mr. C from East coast called me. He has called many time wanted to meet up with me personally to discuss about development of the above. He claimed that he is a director of a company that owned many lands.

This is not the first time Developers, Land owner, Contractors, etc had called me to met up to ask opinions or somewhat to cooperate in working together to come up with a project that could attract Swiftlet farmers. (Potential Purchasers)

With the current licensing problem and unfair guidelines and the lukewarm attitude by the authority towards Swiftlet farming industry this has transpired many wanting to go into the Eco park development as they see this as an opportunity.

Many that went into the development of Eco Parks lacked experiences and knowledge of Swiftlet Farming. Most are businessmen who are keen in one thing profit making. Well that is very fair as most businesses objective is to make profit otherwise the business would not have existed.

Everybody is jumping into the band wagon trying to get a piece of the delicious cake. Do they know how to get it? This is one of the big questions. Could they design farms that can attract Swiftlets to stay and build nest Other than providing a structural building, land, license and facilities.

As for the buyers of Eco park farms, they have only one thing in mind “licensing Problem and the legality of the Swiftlet farming” and the

This is why I had said Developers, Land owner, Contractors, etc are going into the development of Eco park because to provide providing 24 hr security, gated area, you can blast your sound as loud as you want, located in Prime Zone Area, etc….are things that everybody can do it but to make a farm that has 5-10 kgs is not things everybody can do it.

Nevertheless, if you have chosen a good one (selected unit in the
Renovated with good design your chances of out beating the others around will be higher.
