It is not easy if you do not have the necessary expertise. Some of these farms here are harvesting many many...kgs per month.

If not properly done the result will be worst than building in areas that have no birds.
The simple question is why must all swiftlets that had being staying in all these pioneer farms for so many years would want to come to your farm to stay and make nest. There must be something that this farm could provide that others can't...... this is the most interesting part.
Secondly with my Powerful Love Potion couple with my farm's design and the ability to control and manipulate the micro. This is not all a good Swiftlet sound that are specially edited,remixed and tuned for this particular area will certainly attract birds to fly into the farm to explore every floors of the nesting areas.
There are many more.............which I can't finish writing here. If you have all these necessary expertise then the chances are no matter how bad the external factors or how good your neighbour's farms you could easily attract certain ..% of their birds.
If you have decided to build a farm in a good area make such you build a good farm.
No point of have a shabby farm in a good area. The result will be " failed farm".
