To me Swiftlet farming is a good investment provided you know how to do it. Could you make 300k in 2-3 years time?
I believe not many could. Of course there some who could make more than 300k perhaps millions. If they could then the better option definitely won't be swiftlet farming.
Lets not talk about million, to me even 200-300k in two years time (nett) is good enough. Well I couldn't ask for more. Best of all very low maintenance cost involved.
All one has to do is to get a shop lot of 2 storey. Don't forget if possible the location has to be good.
Lets say the property cost is 250k + another 60k for renovation to full operation that will be 310k. To some this amount may be too expensive to invest to others it maybe peanut.
Well I can't say much about this it depends on the individual financial ability. Obviously one can obtain a loan for the shop.
After 3 years of operation "if" your farm has 300 nests then it will be.........
Assuming that after 3 years your shop would appreciate at the lower side of 3% per year that will be 273 181.00.
Having 300 nests valued at an average of 1000 each that would be 300k for the nests only.
Therefore 273 181.00 + 300 000 = total value of the whole farm 573 181.00.
You may sell the farm at the above price. What if your farm has 500 - 600 nests in 3 years?
That would be 273 181.00 + 500 000 = 773 181.00. It is not impossible many had achieved this. Some even higher than this amount. Of course there also some could hardly achieve 100 nests.
Isn't it a good investment? If you decided not to depose of the farm you could always enjoy a good harvest every month.
Bear in mind that the number of nest could increase.
I considered Swiftlet farming is one of the best investment.
