Well the Idea makes sense but do those who are entrusted to undertake the renovation job have the ability to do so? The question shall be answered in few years time.

For sure one thing the competition is stiff here. Winner takes it all. Losers gain nothing. The winner will continues to take everything years after years showing a clear cut result.

A strong knowledge, experience and the ability to observe the changes is needed to counter this. A simply DIY would be disaster. This is a War Zone. The fittest will survive. Not a play ground for amateurs.

There are so many revamps needed which I called it even this is a totally new building. This is because the initial design was not …………..,…….,…….,…….,…….

There are lots of additional things to be add or erected to make it conducive. There are many hacking to be done too. Otherwise it is very hard to make a good micro.

Bear in mind that you are competing directly with all these farms here. Everything from your farm has to be good. Be it the design, the micro, sound system, planks, etc. Then only your farm could stand out amongst others.
If not why should the birds stay at your farm instead of those around? There is not only one farm in this Park there are so many of them. The best one will attract all the Birds. This is the truth.
