I always say don't count the birds count the number of nests which is more accurate.
But if you have a farm like the Video below it doesn't matter which one you count. By looking at how the birds going into the farm it already tells the number of nests in the farm.
15 or more birds entering the farm per each second. There are 60 seconds per minute. The birds entering the farm continuous for more than 20 minute. Imagine how many birds would there be? Take a calculator and count you would be surprised to know the number of birds in the farm.
Well that is very common to us but for some who are new in Swiftlet farming this could be shocking.
