Seminar?

I received many emails from my readers asking for advice about seminars available for Swiftlet farming.

They asked me which is the best. My sincere answer is, it all lies on you and how you perceive them. There is no best amongst all. If one has not attended a seminar before and wants to learn few things then go ahead. Then again it is all relied on individual. I can assure you that there is no guarantee after you have attended a seminar whether locally or abroad it will make you a successful farmer.

It’s just like a class room of 40 students, not all in the class will score 10A only few perhaps 1 or 2 maybe 5 or 6. Definitely all 40 students can not score 10A .If it happened then the exam must have problem. Some may even fail the exam.

There're some who score 3A, some 2A and you would have a mixture of all. But the top ones are only few. There goes the same for Swiftlets Farming 80% failed. In fact the 80/20 0r 90/10 applies to all things in this world, 10% of the rich holding 90% of the wealth of the world. We certainly can not avoid this.

Not all graduates from the Best and Top business University will become a successful rich businessman. Some maybe even unemployed. So there is no guarantee by just attending a seminar or all seminars will make you a good and successful farmer. It is all you it counts. Are you the material? (Are you the A student material) If not then it will be very hard for you. Most of the top 10 riches person in the world didn't attend University. We just have to accept this.

I have readers who had attended all seminars .You name it, they have got it. Locally and abroad. But they still unable to make a good farm or become a successful farmer. There are some just attended a simple one day seminars now own 3 successful farms. There are also many very successful ones don't even know what is seminar.

Secondly don't blame the lecturers (seminar speakers) for this. People have the tendency to blame others for their failure. Do you blame your teacher or lecture for what you are today for your failure? Think about it. It is you yourself that make what you are today.

If you have plenty of time and money and would like to know how it feel like or learn few things or make some friends then I would encourage you to go ahead and attend seminars. But done expect too much.

In life there is only one thing is 100% guaranteed "dead". It is a matter of time.
