Often duplication was the norms there. I call it Clone. Well if you could share the same results as those that are successful then it is good, but often than not it could hardly produce 2% of the result of the successful farm even it copied 100% of the interior & exterior.

Most newbies often ask the one who design & build farm to follow the design of the most successful farm in his portfolios and wanted to see his successful farm. This is what the consultants always wanted and waiting for newbies to request this. If this is the request then Bingo! Easy job man.

It is a simple job. Take the newbies to farms that have many nests. Upon seeing the nests and birds in the farm newbies are in hypnotic position. Do whatever you want with them. Sales closed, cheque issued, contract secured. That’s about it.

Because Chinamen always believe in “SEEING IS BELIEVING" that is why the local Chinese daily has most colored pictures compared to other daily in the market. If it has no pictures I bet they can not sell.

It doesn’t mean by taking you to see a successful farm then your soon to be farm will be a successful one in the future.
